Motor Vehicle Reports

A Motor Vehicle Report includes verification of driver's license status and expiration date in all 50 States, and includes the District of Columbia. Records of accidents and violations are provided. This report is based on records from state's Department of Motor Vehicles and typically includes three to seven years of history, depending on the state.

Motor Vehicle Reports usually provide:

  • name
  • address
  • date of birth
  • license number
  • date of issue
  • expiration date
  • status and class
  • personal description, including gender, height weight, and eye color
  • restrictions and endorsements

The Driving History Violations usually includes:

  • date of violation
  • conviction date
  • description of offense
  • type of vehicle
  • violation
  • jurisdiction
